When you fill out a quote or contact form on our site, we collect the information you willingly submit – typically your name, email, phone number, service address or area, and details about your project. When you submit a form, that information is stored on our servers so we can respond to you, prepare a quote, and provide our services. Clarity records how visitors interact with the site – such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation – and produces aggregated heatmaps and session recordings that help us improve the site. Clarity is configured to mask sensitive content where possible.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide our services, and meet our legal and business obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted to us. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
